HOW LONG DO I GET TO KEEP THE SIGN? 
Signs are typically set up after 7pm the night before the scheduled event date and picked up the morning after the event date.

HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER? 
There is no delivery fee within 10 miles and less than 15 minutes of travel of Ardmore. Outside of 10 miles and/or more than 15 miles of travel time will incur a $30 delivery fee. Over 20 miles will be required to book an additional day ($30).

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Venmo is the preferred method of payment but will accept Zelle, PayPal and CashApp.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Your LawnMark Card price includes:  complete phrase, delivery, setup and pick up. 

Single Phrase Greetings - $70
Additional names are $10 each
Each additional day is $30

I SUBMITTED THE BOOKING FORM BUT FORGOT TO PAY, WILL I STILL RECEIVE A SIGN?
No, bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is received, the sign is scheduled. If you inquire days in advance, but forget to pay until the set up day, you will be charged a RUSH FEE (see pricing for more information).

DO YOU INSTALL IN INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Yes, we will install in rain, snow and wind. However, we can not install if there is lighting.

CAN I MOW THE LAWN WHILE IT IS SET UP?
NO! If you have a lawn crew, please arrange for them to come before the sign is set up or after the sign is picked up. Do NOT have any lawn work done when the sign is up. Grass clippings stain and mowers and weed whackers damage the signs. If the lawn is mowed or weed whacked while the sign is set up causing damage, you will not be able to book a sign in the future and/or will be charged for any damages done to the signs.

CAN I MEET YOU TO SHOW YOU WHERE TO SET UP?
We can arrive very late into the evening to set up the sign, so it is best to email a photo of the desired location or leave a marker in the yard where the sign should be set up.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC SET UP TIME?
You can ask to have the sign set up at a certain time, but the setup time depends on the workload for that evening and the most efficient route. It is not always easy to accommodate specific setup times nor is it easy to provide an exact setup time. Requesting late setup times can not always be accommodated.

DO I GET TO KEEP THE SIGN?
No, the sign is a rental. It will be setup and picked up by LawnMark Cards staff.

CAN YOU DROP OFF THE SIGNS AND I’LL SET THEM UP MYSELF?
Unfortunately, not. All signs are set up and picked up by LawnMark Cards staff.

WILL THE RAIN RUIN THE SIGN? SHOULD I TAKE THE SIGN DOWN WHEN IT RAINS?
No, the signs will not get damaged in the rain. Please don’t take the signs down if it rains. They will be fine and are installed to withstand rain and wind.

DO YOU INSTALL ON TURF/ARTIFICIAL GRASS?
No, we do not. 

THE SIGN IS SET UP BUT I WANT TO CHANGE THE LOCATION, CAN I MOVE IT?
No, the signs should not be moved. If you did not provide a location for the sign and want it moved, you may incur a charge to have LawnMark Cards staff come back and move it. If you identified a location, but the yard is rocky and unable to be staked in the desired location, it can not be moved.

MY CHILD GOES BY A NICKNAME, SHOULD I USE THEIR NAME OR NICKNAME?
Nicknames tend to be shorter than birth names, but a shorter name does not mean the sign won’t be as large. A shorter name allows for more space for fun themed and other decorative signs.

MY YARD IS SMALL, WILL A SIGN FIT IN MY YARD?
Yes! There is no yard too small for us. We have a variety of signs, so we can definitely find a layout that will work for any yard.

CAN I PURCHASE A SIGN FOR A GIFT TO BE SETUP AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, please make sure you put the correct address on the booking form and please notify someone that resides at the address that a surprise will be coming so they are not startled.
